- 2 cups Strawberries
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt

Berry Blast:
- 2 Cups Mixed Berries
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Banana
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- Blend all of your ingredients together until you have a smoothie like consistency.
- Spread out mixture on a non-stick dehydrator mat and dehydrate at 104°F (40°C) for 6-8 hours.
