It starts by building up the humidity level in the drying chamber. Programmable Staged Drying
Our unique Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) enable you to conduct staged drying cycles according to a predetermined recipe. With up to five customizable steps, each with its own programmable temperature and time settings, you can achieve precise and consistent results every time. This feature is particularly useful for “kill-step” processes when making beef jerky and for reducing dry times by starting the cycle with a higher temperature and then gradually decreasing as your product loses its moisture.
