Rose Daisy Petal Potpourri | Commercial Dehydrators

Save your dying flowers. Make potpourri with fresh fruit and herbs, dried flowers! It’s so easy, you’ll never toss those freshly cut blooms into the trash again. This simple, classic homemade herbal recipe will make your home smell divine.

  • Daisy petals
  • Mint leaves
  • Rosemary
  • Crumbled cinnamon
  • Grated orange peel
  • Grated lemonade peel
  • Holly berries

Instructions
  1. Spread rose and daisy petals evenly on the bottom of dehydrator trays.
  2. Place orange peel and mint leaves on the bottom of a dehydrator tray. Sprinkle grated lemon peel over the leaves.
  3. Remove rosemary leaves from stalk, and then spread evenly on a single layer on dehydrator tray. Sprinkle holly berries over rosemary leaves.
  4. Place all trays in the dehydrator and cover with lid tightly. Dehydrate at 100°F (38°C) and until potpourri or flowers are completely dry and brittle.
  5. Pour dried flowers into a bowl; add crumbled cinnamon for extra attractive scent. Add little droplets of scented oil for extra scent if desired.
